Baracco srl is a company specialized in designing, production, promo- tion, and sale in Italy and in the World of Underwater and Waterring pelletizers, die plates, cleaning ovens, and spare parts for machinery used in the plastic industry.
The company growth can be attributed to the 30-year experience in the sector of plastic materials of its founder Alberto Baracco. He developed his skills and knowledge between 1983 and 1993 while working for a company who designed and manufactured waterring pelletizers. After, from 1993 to 2017, he became the co-founder of one of the companies in the industry. During this period, he was International Sales Director and Director of the Research and Development Department.
After 2017, Alberto decided to create one company with headquar- ters in Italy, Baracco Srl, becoming quickly an important point of ref- erence in the European market, and a company with headquarters in USA, Baracco LLC, for the North and South America market.
Baracco Pelletizers
Alberto Baracco has decided return on the pelletizer market with his underwater and watering series of products. Baracco Pelletizers are designed to create the best solutions for our customers’ economic and ecological needs. Baracco’s main goal is to always provide our customers with the right machine that will meet their goals, in fact the pelletizing system interfaces with the client's extruder or melt pump. The pelletizing process is performed in a closed-loop system, and the pelletized product is conveyed by the process water from the cutting chamber into the centrifugal dryer. The output capacity is 500 - 5.000 kg/h, and its applications are several.

Safe and efficient cleaning, the affordable innovation in the thermal cleaning Baracco - Pyrolyse Baracco Thermal Cleaning
PBTC - Pyrolyse Baracco Thermal Cleaning - has been designed for the cleaning, in the complete absence of an oxidizing agent (normal- ly oxygen), of all elements that contain polymer residues such as extrusion heads, injection nozzles, dies, filter elements. , "by-pass" valves, etc.
PBTC allows the melting and the complete degradation of the poly- mers in complete absence of oxygen, without any risk of combustion, and making the cleaning process absolutely safe.
In comparison to others common thermal cleaning systems , PBTC allows to have high energy savings and there is no need to chemical additives or dangerous gasses. The process is completely automated and do not require the supervision of an employees after the process has been initiated, allowing them to focus on other duties.
The process requires from the 6 to the 7 hours to be completed, moreover the integrated device allows the treatment of exhaust fumes and direct emission into the atmosphere.
